Private Events
Our historic building at 35 Main Street is available for private events. Throughout our 20 years of business we have been an exceptional venue for all-day meetings, retreats, seminars, and workshops; with or without food. Additionally, we have hosted more than 200 wedding receptions, reunions, cocktail receptions, wine tastings and luncheons.
With 4 floors we can seat 150, and are adaptable for group needs such as break-out sessions, small and large group meetings, video, and slide shows. We offer a range of food options with your booking from lunches and dinners to continental breakfasts and break munchies.
The beautifully restored second and third floors have tongue and groove maple flooring, 14 foot high embossed tin ceilings, and four large windows overlooking Main Street. The second floor has an 1890’s oak bar with copper bartop and is capable of full bar service. Our large open third floor has a small stage for musicians or other presentations.
Our event coordinator can assist in planning your visit. Bisbee’s historic district is compact and interesting. There are many activities unique to Bisbee which can be an attractive difference for your group, particularly if they are used to the usual cookie cutter surroundings. For instance instead of staying in one hotel, we can arrange discounted overnight lodging in several historic buildings–there are 150 rooms within five minutes of centrally located Café Roka.
We also can help book various tours of Bisbee such as the Copper Queen Mine underground tour, walking and jeep history tours, and the popular ghost tour. We can set up musical events at the beautiful Bisbee Royale, or schedule golf dates at the oldest 18 hole course in Arizona, with the longest hole in Arizona, the 747 yard Rattler. Within 30 minutes in two directions of Bisbee are internationally known premier bird watching areas. We can arrange for hawk stalks, visits to see the magnificent Sandhill Cranes, or Ramsey Canyon hummingbird tours.
A partial list of banquet customers include: Tucson Audubon Society, Northrup-Grumann Corporation, Smithsonian Institute, GlaxoSmithKline, City of Bisbee, Sierra Vista Chamber of Commerce, Mitre Corporation, Velcro Corporation, Cochise County Attorneys, Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum, Cochise County Board of Supervisors, Southeastern Arizona Behaviorial Health Systems, Software Engineering Systems, ImagineArt, Fort Huachuca Intelligence and Communications Group, Pfizer Corporation, CGI, Copper Queen Community Hospital, Canyon Vista Hospital, Gilead.
